How do we store your site visitors' personal information?

We also use Google Forms to collect community submissions, including contact information (such as your name and email address) and photo or file uploads. Responses are stored in a linked Google Sheet accessible only to authorized Borough staff. Your data submitted through Google Forms is stored and processed by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

By submitting photos through Google Forms, you consent to the Borough of Dormont's use of the submitted images on its website, social media channels, print materials, and other publications related to the Dormont Playground. The Borough reserves the right to crop, resize, or otherwise edit images as needed. No compensation will be provided for submitted photos. Where possible, the Borough will credit photographers by name.

If your photos include minors, by submitting you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian for each minor pictured.

You may request removal of your submitted photos at any time by contacting the Borough Manager at jstinner@boro.dormont.pa.us. Please note that the Borough cannot guarantee removal of images that have already been printed or distributed in physical materials.

How do we share your site visitors' personal information?

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

With service providers who assist in operating the Site or the playground project, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data as necessary to provide their services.
With Borough of Dormont staff and officials, as necessary to administer the project, respond to inquiries, or fulfill the purposes described above.
