Honoring tradition, creating a bright future
Dormont's playgrounds are among its most special places. Castle Playground, which the community banded together to build in the early 1990s, holds a treasured place in history and the hearts of all who came to play there. As this equipment nears the end of its useful lifespan, this website will serve as a platform for community conversation on how to carry forward and honor the most important facets of shared history while creating enhanced modern spaces for creative and inclusive play. Stay tuned for updates and opportunities to get involved!
